My stay here at this hotel has been awesome! The staff here is very friendly and helpful. One of the managers Joe is amazing he went above and beyond to make sure me and my family were comfortable and happy. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a temporary place to call home.
I have had such a great experience with the staff and their customer service goes above & beyond!! Jai is so helpful & pleasant, including the management team Joe Johnson and Mindy. Very professional staff. Target is right near by and there are plenty of restaurants and places to enjoy near by.
I’ve had such a great experience at Extended Stay! The manager, Mr. Joe, is honestly one of the best parts about staying here. He’s so cool, polite, and extremely understanding. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about guests and makes you feel comfortable and welcome.
At first I took cold showers for a month but they fixed the water. It's not a bad place to stay and it's pretty quiet so you can rest, unless you get a weird neighbor. Sucks they went up $15 on my weekly rent though. I can barely afford this now.
Good location, great service. The rooms are clean, and accomodating. Front staff are pleasant. Alicia at the front desk always greets me, and asks how my day was. She is very nice, and friendly. I have been in a few Extended Stays this one is the best one I've stayed in. They have a few hiccups from time to time , but things get done.
When you’re looking at the price of this place, there’s probably some skepticism but I’m here to lay that all to rest. There is another ESA a few blocks away that we stayed at before we started here and let’s just say it was not a pleasant experience. So, when we came here and met Mindy, Joe and all the amazing staff that run this place it was a breath of fresh air. Everyone is friendly and will do what they can to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are clean, the lake creates a nice view and it’s quiet. We stayed for several months and there were very little problems as they don’t tolerate anyone disturbing the other guests. This is the best you’re going to find in this price range.
Joe was so nice. He helped me check in early into my room. He was even able to upgrade my room for free and I just had been working a night . My Boyfriend and I were very tired and just wanted to shower/sleep. Joe deserves a raise or a promotion!!!
Let me say that the managers her and really all the staff are great. To be completely honest this ESA is what it is. It could seriously use some much needed love. But for the price and location, it is called home by several good people who are barely getting by. I would not compare this hotel to the surrounding hotels based solely on the level of services. But if you need an ultra affordable place to sleep n go. Then this is your place. Do lock you cars and park on the front side. Also I would like to really emphasize that there is a good little nature path of sorts to walk with you kid or pet and see lots of Ducks, Turtles, Rabits, and frogs.
